Year-long position. Works closely with the Corresponding Secretary and Housing Liaison to develop ideas to keep alumni connected with the chapter room, establish ongoing efforts to reach out to alumni, create new ways to fundraise with our alumni, and develop the Alumni Newsletter.

Year-long position. Plans and organizes the ZΓ Alumni Weekend during the fall semester. Events include: banquet, tailgate, etc.

Brotherhood

Encourages brother bonding and promotes borhterhood throug brother-only events, such as retreats, parties, pool days, potlucks, or field days.

Campus Involvement

Develops ways to reach out to the College of Engineering throughout the semester, educates chapter of events and seminars held by other engineering organizations that are happening around campus, and works with our BEC Representative to coordinate E-Week events in the spring.

Responsible for all activities, such as Regionals, with other chapters in our area. Also develops and implements plans to start new Theta Tau colonies at nearby universities.

Encourages members of the chapter room to live more active and healthy lives by organizing intramural teams, coordinating groups to attend fitness classes, and setting up pickup games for brothers.

Responsible for planning weekly seminars before chapter for brothers. Topics include info sessions with companies, leadership development lectures, public speaking seminars, internship panels, etc. Help our members thrive not only as students but as future engineers.

Plan and organize all events during the rush recruitment period, design and distribute flyers, and lead ancillary recruitment efforts throughout the semester.

Organizes all major social events, such as social weekend, and work alongside The Funs and members from other chapters/organizations to plan additional social events.

Responsible for encouraging daily social events. The Funs organize events with options for both brothers who are over 21 and those who are not.

Webmasters

Maintain and update the website, organize and manage all emails for domains for the fraternity, and coordinate with historians to update member photos.
